The orders are subject to approval of the company.
The goods traveling are at the risk of the buyer in the case in which the transport is in free port or with ones own means. Eventual problems should be contested when the goods are received by making a note on the transport document. The reclaim should be presented in the form of a recommendation letter addressed to SIME within seven days of receiving the goods.
In the case of non payment of the goods in question enter the terms of payment the interests will be added according to those of the bank plus 5 points.
Orders of inferior amount Euro 155,00 are not accepted.
The delivery of the material agreed is made and accepted with the pact of our classified dominion until the obligation of payment is carried out with our society.

Transport Conditions

Transport costs are paid by the company for orders over the cost of Euro 517,00.
Transport costs of Euro 18,00 for orders from Euro 260,00 to Euro 517,00
Transport costs of Euro 34,00 for orders from Euro 155,00 to Euro 259,00
